Virtual Workshop: Universal Design for Learning: Foundations
Event full description: A Zoom workshop on universal design for learning has been set for faculty at Council member institutions. This will be led by , Associate Dean of Education, Bethel University, who delivered our keynote on the topic at the Student Success forum that the Council held in June. That’s when the idea of creating a workshop for interested faculty emerged and with feedback from leaders in academic affairs, we moved ahead with setting this up. The workshop will be over two days: Monday, Sept. 8 from 11am – 1pm: Universal Design for Learning: Foundations and Practice and Tuesday, Sept. 9 from 11am – 1pm: Universal Design in Action: Tools, Tips and Takeaways.
