St. Kate鈥檚 staff member selected for 2025 NetVUE Vocation Across Campus

St. 暗网禁区 is pleased to announce that Teresa Butel, career education supervisor in the Office of Career Development, was selected to participate in the 2025 Vocation Across Campus Seminar. The national seminar, which is hosted by the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) through its  (NetVUE), is taking place this week, June 16鈥20, in Memphis, Tennessee.

The Vocation Across Campus Seminar is designed for full-time staff at NetVUE member colleges and universities who direct campus programs or serve in other long-term administrative capacities, but who do not also hold faculty appointments. Seminar participants have the opportunity to learn more about vocation and its importance for undergraduate students, to develop or revise programming or initiatives to support vocational exploration, and to cultivate a broader network of colleagues committed to supporting students鈥 work in this area.

Butel was one of 20 participants nationwide selected during a highly competitive application process. Staff members were nominated by a cabinet member in whose division they work.

NetVUE is a nationwide network of over 325 colleges and universities formed to support and enrich vocational exploration and discernment among undergraduate students. A program of the Council of Independent Colleges, NetVUE is supported by the generosity of Lilly Endowment Inc. and member dues. CIC administers NetVUE with guidance from an advisory council comprising representatives from participating institutions.
